Elaine Yasutake Morita
Elaine Yasutake Morita, 71, passed away on Jan. 24 peacefully at her home. She was born on Sept. 13, 1945, in Hilo, Hawaii. She was a retired physical therapy aide at Mahelona Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her father, Atsushi Yasutake; mother, Misao Yasutake; and brother, Kenneth Yasutake.
She is survived by her husband, Roy Morita of Wailua Houselots; daughter, Cheryl Morita of Wailua Houselots; son, Ken (Aaron) Morita of Honolulu; brothers, Donald (Annette) Yasutake of Waipio, Leslie (Carol) Yasutake of Wailua Homesteads; and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Elaine is also survived by her loving and faithful companions, Mele and Brownie.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 25, at Garden Island Mortuary in Lawai. Visitation with the family is at 10 a.m. with services at 11 a.m. The family suggests casual attire and lei will be welcomed.

Jean Yoshida
Jean Yoshida of Kapaa passed away in Samuel Mahelona Memorial Hospital on Jan. 26, 2017, at the age of 75. She was born in Lihue, Hawaii on Jan. 9, 1942, and retired as a secretary.
Preceded in death by her father, Masato Kawamura.
She was survived by her mother who passed away three days after her death. Jean is survived by four siblings, Amy (Kenneth) Hayashida of L.A., Edward (Lilli) Kawamura Sr. of Wailua, Samuel (Joanne) Kawamura of California, Glenn (Aida) Kawamura of Lihue; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017, at Lihue Christian Church with visitation from 9 a.m. and services celebrated at 10 a.m. Family requests no koden.

Isabelo ‘Belong’ Domingo
Isabelo Domingo of Hanamaulu passed away peacefully at the age of 96 on Jan. 17, 2017, at Wilcox Memorial Hospital. Born on June 5, 1920, in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, he retired from the Lihue Sugar Plantation where he worked for 37 years as an irrigation laborer.
He is preceded in death by his father, Pablo Domingo; mother, Leocadia Domingo; and grandson, Joshua Ral Domingo.
Isabelo is survived by his wife of 54 years, Rositacion “Rose” Maneja Domingo; sons, Roger (Reni) Domingo of Anahola, Alex Domingo of San Diego, Edgar (Michelle) Domingo of Puhi; daughter, Evelyn (Seth) Proctor of Maui; nine grandchildren: Matthew (Linda Do) Domingo of Honolulu, Kourtni (Keoki) Rapozo of Kapaa, Kanani Domingo and Maiele Domingo of San Diego, Mikayla Domingo, Makenna Domingo, and Torren Domingo of Puhi, and Amber Proctor and Caleb Proctor of Maui; one great-grandchild, Carly Rose Domingo of Honolulu; and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit the family on Friday, Feb. 10, 2017, at the Immaculate Conception Church. Visitation will be from 8:30 to 10 a.m. with mass to begin at 10 a.m. Burial will be followed at the Kauai Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Casual attire is suggested and flowers are welcomed.

Margarite ‘Margie’ Coller
Margarite “Margie” Helen Coller of Kapaa, Hawaii, passed away at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on Jan. 25, 2017, at the age of 64. Born on May 21, 1952, in Manila, Philippines, she was a retired material handler at Hawaiian Tel Com as well as a part-timer at Plantation Cinema, Al and Dons and Kukui Grove Cinema.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Kent N. Kaui; mother, Alicia Coller; and brother, Louis Coller.
Margie is survived by father, Richard W. Coller of Kapaa; her son, Kevin N.D. Kaui of Kapaa; daughters, Helene M.C. Kaui of Kapaa, and Lara Ann (Rory) N. Ho’omanawanui of Anahola; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers, James Coller of Oahu, William (Roxanne) Coller of Wailua, Mark Coller of Oakland, California, and Patrick (Yukimi) Coller of Kapaa; sisters, Ann (Kevin) Arnold of Rochester, Minnesota, Katherine (Perry) Alisna of Kapaa, Susan (Dennis) Akutagawa of Kapaa, Claire (Robert Beck) Coller of Kapaa, and Ruth (Mark) Forbes of Hilo; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit the family on Saturday, Feb. 11, 2017, at the St. Catherine’s Church in Kapaa from 8 to 10 a.m. Eulogy will begin at 10 a.m. with mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. Burial will take place at the Kauai Veteran’s Cemetery in Hanapepe. The family invites everyone back to St. Catherine’s Church to the hall for a celebration of Margie’s life for a luncheon and fellowship at 3 p.m. after the burial.

Marcial Balbin Gray
Marcial Balbin Gray of Hanamaulu passed away at home on Jan. 18, 2017, at the age of 78. He was born in Candon, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, on June 27, 1938, and was a mill operator with Lihue Sugar Plantation.
Preceded in death by his parents, Melecio and Antera Gray; brother, Ernesto Gray Sr.; and sister, Hilda Lagmay.
Marcial is survived by his wife, Francisca Gray of Hanamaulu; daughter, Justina (Sam) Bombay of Las Vegas; three sons, George Gray, Reynald Gray, Alfred Gray; three grandchildren; brother, Jose (Virginia) Gray; sister-in-law, Gloria Gray; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017, at Immaculate Conception Church with viewing from 8 a.m. and mass celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
