Theisha R. Estacio, 17, was last seen at her Hanamaulu home on Dec. 25, 2016.
Estacio is 5’2″ and weighs 130 pounds. She has brown eyes, black hair, a medium build and medium complexion. Estacio is of Filipino descent.
