LIHUE — A sign waving in solidarity with the Women’s March in Washington, D.C., will be happening from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jan. 21 at the intersection of Ahukini Road and Kapule Highway.
Women from around the nation will gather at the intersection of Independence Ave. and Third Street SW in Washington, D.C., to spread the message that women’s rights and human rights are important for people of all backgrounds.
On Kauai, organizers are asking anyone interested to bring their own signs and join the group.
