The Kauai Filipino Chamber of Commerce will hold its Awards and Installation Dinner Gala on Saturday, Jan. 28.
It will feature guest speaker Kiniokahokuloa “Kini” Zamora, an international and local fashion designer, known for being a “Project Runway” finalist. His talk will be about “the importance of believing in yourself and what it takes to be an entrepreneur and fashion designer.”
The event recognizes businesses and individuals with awards for promoting the mission of the Kauai Filipino Chamber of Commerce. The event also serves as an installation for the incoming Board of Directors.
The gala will be 5 to 8 p.m. at the Aqua Kauai Beach Resort.
