Upon the completion of the merger, the company will add a second office on Kauai, taking over the existing Kauai Heritage Properties office in Koloa, to serve the Kauai South Shore real estate market.
The merger includes current licensees Hannah Sirois, Peter Sirois, Cassady Sirois and Kristie Rutherford.
Over the next year the company is expecting to grow with more Realtors joining the new South Kauai office of Elite Pacific Properties.

Established in 2009 by Hannah and Peter Sirois, Kauai Heritage Properties has closed more than 1,300 property sales and attaining a sales volume of more than $900 million.
Since 1987, Hannah has been the No. 1 selling Realtor in Poipu and is a repeating member of Hawaii’s Top 100 Realtor honor by Hawaii Business. She is also president of Kauai Board of Realtors.
Elite Pacific Properties was founded in 2005 by Stephen Cipres and Paul Mayer. The company has seven offices on Oahu, Maui, Kauai and the Big Island.
