LIHUE — The Elections Division of the Office of the County Clerk is reminding the public that the last day to register to vote for the general election is Monday.
Drive-thru voter registration services will be offered by the Elections Division between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. in the parking area fronting the Historic County Building.
To be eligible to vote, individuals must be a U.S. citizen, resident of Hawaii and at least 18 years old.
In addition to drive-thru voter registration, Kauai residents have other options to register to vote.
w Online at www.elections.hawaii.gov by 4:30 p.m. Monday. A Hawaii driver’s license or Hawaii State ID is required to register online.
w Apply in-person at the Elections Division at 4386 Rice Street by 4:30 p.m. Monday.
The general election is Nov. 8.
