Andrew Keikaika Hall, also known as Andrew Lomma Keikaika, was reported missing by family members who are concerned for his welfare.
Hall is a 49-year-old Kauai resident but has no known address. He is five feet nine inches tall and weighs roughly 185 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes and a light tan complexion. Hall is of Caucasian descent.
Anyone with information on Andrew Hall’s whereabouts is urged to call KPD Dispatch at 241-1711 or Detective Caspillo at 241-1908. Those wishing to remain anonymous can call CrimeStoppers at 246-8300.
