LIHUE — In preparation for the general election, the Kauai Chamber of Commerce will be hosting candidate forums.
On Thursday, the candidates for State Representative, District 14, the prosecuting attorney and County Council will take center stage at the Kapaa Neighborhood Center. Doors open at 5 p.m., and the forum begins at 5:30 p.m.
The candidates for prosecuting attorney and county council will be in the spotlight again on Oct. 3 at Kauai War Memorial Convention Hall and on Oct. 20 at the Historic Waimea Theatre. Doors at both events open at 5 p.m., and the forums begin at 5:30 p.m.
All of the forums are free.
