Kudos to Kennison Nagahisa and the Kawaihau Community Little League on hosting a great state tournament (mahalo to Scott Teruya for the Elmer’s Cookies), and Howard Bukoski had his entire ohana in town to watch his relatives at the tournament.

Congratulations to Jamie Aloy and the Central Maui Majors (they got great-looking supporter wear!) on a great showing, going undefeated through three games! Leina Teruya said they were going to wash clothes on the day the game was rained out by Tropical Storm Darby.
Kudos, too, to Rev. Ryan Newman and Chris Kostko on continuing the Fun In Fellowship Dodgeball Tournment (It’s always a pleasure to see Faith Shiramizu).
Melissa McFerrin-Warrack must be busy with the Koloa Plantation Days because she was only seen briefly at the historic exhibit (great job, Cindy Combs!) and Mariya Kai-Jones and Mylan Le didn’t know how long they had to sell KPD shirts at the Kauai Historical Gift Shop where Carol Ann Davis (What? No 50 megapixel Canon?) was busy with her silver pen.
OK, it’s back to Kukuiula to see what’s on the menu for Plantation Style Cooking.
