“We’re talking about ‘Under the Tent,’” said Chow. “If these fake walls could talk …”
They were also excited about lunch because they had a Brendan Reed pizza box (Nia Klutke said when you order a pizza, they give you the box), and Suzette Momohara (Harvey Maeda was busy checking out some betta) was excited to pick up some Icy Hot Noni for their friend on the Mainland.
Jackie Lott saved $2 on those shopping bags (it’s not 2-for-$10). She said she gives them away in California because people love how they are sturdy and can breathe — perfect for farmers markets.
Bill Spitz said the cascaron, or coconut donuts (glu- ten free), are pretty good, but Sandi Kato-Klutke needs to figure out how to get the POG mochi to Colorado since her granddaughter has a new favorite.
Happy Fourth of July! Stay safe!
