LIHUE — Nathan Winograd, national director and founder of the No Kill Advocacy Center in California will be at the Kauai Beach Resort Sunday for a free program and discussion on the no-kill movement.
The conference begins at 10 a.m. with a screening of the movie “Redemption.” The film will run until noon and an afternoon session will begin at 1 p.m. with a discussion on how to turn Kauai into a no-kill community.
The discussion portion of the conference is set to run until 4 p.m.
