Steven Wayne Rose Jr.
Steven Wayne Rose Jr., 26, of Hanapepe, Kauai, Hawaii, was a born adventurer who lived life with no regrets.
He was kind, genuine, smart, funny, fearless, and full of life and love, with a contagious smile and an enchanting personality that touched all those blessed to cross his path. He chased his dreams and never settled for an ordinary life, and he encouraged everyone around him to do the same.
In his nearly 27 years on earth, Wayne lived more than most will in a lifetime. A few years ago, he embarked on a journey of endless possibilities, and through that journey he fulfilled his dream of becoming a tandem skydiving instructor and met and fell in love with the love of his life, Kaela.
Together, they moved to their paradise in Kauai and lived life to the fullest each day with their beloved pets, Pepper, Tyson, and Frankie. Their love story was a real-life fairytale – a rare and true love experienced by only a lucky few in this world.
Wayne loved his family, parents Diane and Steve, and twin sister, Autumn, and his friends from all over the world and all walks of life. His legacy lives on in the lives of those he touched with his everlasting light. Blue skies, fly free, Wayne. Your love lives on. A funeral and celebration of Wayne’s life will be held at Salt Pond Beach, Hanapepe, at 5 p.m. Saturday, May 28, 2016.
