Robert ‘Bob’ A.C. Chang Jr.
Robert “Bob” A.C. Chang Jr. of Lihue passed away at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on March 11, 2016. He was 72 years old. Bob was born on June 5, 1943 in Honolulu. He graduated from Kapiolani Technical School. He was a retired Hotel Chef. He has worked for the Halekulani Hotel, The Royal Lahaina Hotel, Wai`ohai Hotel, and he was the Executive Chef for the Kauai Resort Hotel for 20 years. He last worked at Sueoka Store during this retirement years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert A.C. Chang Sr. and Vivian Takamatsu Chang; sister, Tammy Higa; Brother Walter Crandall Chang; and beloved nieces Krishelle Higa and Brenda Chang Martin.
Robert A.C. Chang is survived by his brothers Christian (Connie) J. Chang Sr. of Lihue; Jack (Margaret) Chang Sr. of Hilo; Brother-in-law Wayne Higa of Honolulu; nieces Verna (Moki) Okami, Tanya (Ferdinand) Dosono of Kauai, Michelle (James) Hsu of California; his nephews Christian (Shirley) Chang Jr., Ryan (Sheila Guzman) Chang, Kevin Chang of Kauai; Jack Chang Jr., Michael Chang, Eluwene Chang of Honolulu, Kelly Chang of France, Keith (Marie) Higa of California.
Private Service will be held at Mililani Memorial Mortuary in Honolulu on Tuesday, April 5, 2016.
Family requests no flowers and no monetary offerings.

Elsie Jean Callejo, born on March 4, 1969, passed away on March 12, 2016.
She is survived by her parents, Benjamin Frank Callejo, Sr. and Juanita Carmen Callejo; sisters, Patricia (Walter) Shaffer, Traci Callejo Planas, Robbyn (Manuel) Silva, and Jen-nifer Callejo; brothers, Michael (Clarice) Callejo), Benjamin Frank Callejo Jr., Alan Callejo, Manuel (Imelda) Callejo; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends, and the Waimea High School’s Class of 1987.
Celebration of Elsie’s Life will be held on Friday, April 8, 2016 at Ele’ele Sacred Hearts Church with visitation at 8:30 a.m. and Mass at 10 a.m. Burial at Kaua’i Memorial Cemetery will be followed.
The family suggests aloha attire and flowers are welcomed.

Rhoda Susana Pahulehua of Pu’uwai, Ni’ihau, passed away at Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital on March 24, 2016 at the age of 57. Born on Sept. 11, 1959 in Pu’uwai,
Ni’ihau, she was a God Fearing Woman, a Loving Wife and Mother, and a Former Hawaiian Immersion School Founder/Educator.
She is survived by her husband, Melvin Pahulehua, Jr. Sons; Melvin (Brittany) Pa-hulehua, Ainsley Pahulehua, Dave Kanahele and Jay Ni’au III. Daughters; Princess Pahulehua, Holly Pahulehua, Gina (Michael) Shintani, Janine Ni’au, SaraLei Pahulehua.
Brothers; James Kahale of Makaweli, Allan (Gladys) Kahale of Kekaha, Ricky (Amy) Kahale of Kekaha. Sisters; Joyce Simao of Hanapepe, Debbie (Ambrose) Kanahele of Kekaha, Laurie (Mitchell) Kali of Hanapepe, Caroline Kahale of Kekaha, Maile (Dereck) Kanahele of Makaweli. Grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and extended relatives.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the Garden Island Mortuary Chapel in Lawai. Visitation will begin at 8 a.m. with burial to follow at the Kekaha Hawaiian Cemetery.

Chef Randy Roberts, co-founder of the former Blue Dolphin Restaurant and Music in Kawaihae was found on Jan. 25, 2016 in Waikoloa, resting in peace at his residence.
Born April 20, 1955 in Norman Oklahoma, Randy is survived by son Jeremy ‘Dolphin’ Roberts and ex-wife-partner Leona Noni Roberts of Puako HI, brothers Neil (Betty) Roberts, Allen (Bette) Roberts and sister Diane Brindley of Norman OK, brother Ken Roberts of Tulsa OK, sister Vicki Herman of Wasilla AK and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Russell G. Simao of Kalaheo, Kauai, Hawaii passed away on Feb. 26, 2016 at the of 63.
Born on April 22, 1952 in Waimea, Kauai, he was a self employed mechanic.
Preceded in death by: parents, Manuel and Kumie Simao, son, Troy Simao.

Donato P. Parinas of Kekaha, passed away at the age of 78 on March 12, 2016 at home. Born on Sept. 7, 1937 in Langiden Abra, Philippines, he was a surveyor for Kekaha Sugar Plantation.
He is preceded in death by his parents Fernando and Antonia Parinas; nephew, John Eric Parinas; and sister-in-law, Cathy Parinas.
Donato is survived by his wife, Marcelina Parinas of Kekaha; daughters, Evelyn (Shawn) Yadao of Hanapepe, and Vangie (Mark Rapozo) Parinas of Kalaheo; grand-children, Shawn Yadao Jr., Shawntel (Garrette Duarte) Yadao, Dylan Pimental, and Kristy Pimental; great-grandchildren, Tytus Pimental, and Gage Duarte; brothers, Pul-eriano (Conchita) Parinas of California, and Nestor (Avelina) Parinas of Ele’ele; sister, Rosalina Perona of Chicago; and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cous-ins.
A Celebration of his Life will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at St. Theresa Church in Kekaha. Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. with Mass to follow at 10:30 a.m.
