Jamie “Raymond” K. Moniz of Eleele, Kauai Hawaii, formerly of Kaumakani, Kauai, Hawaii passed away on Feb. 14, 2016 at the age of 68.
Born on July 1, 1947 in Waimea he was a truck driver for Gay & Robinson.
Preceded in death by:parents, Beatrice & Manuel Moniz, sister, Beatrice Andrade, brothers, Bernard,, Manuel, Ernest Moniz.
Survived by: wife, Lolita Moniz, sons, Jamie Moniz, Raymond Moniz, daughters, Charlotte Gomez, Jennifer Chun, Kimberly Moniz, Beatrice Moniz, numerous grandchildren and nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
Celebration of life Saturday, March 12th, 2016 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Kalaheo.
Visitation at 8:30 a.m., mass to be celebrated at 9:45 a.m., inurnment to follow at Kauai Veterans Cemetery, Hanapepe.
