Linda Ann Waialeale of Kapaa, Hawaii passed away at the age of 71 on Feb. 29, 2016, in Lihue, Kauai. Born on July 25, 1944, in Pasadena, Texas, she was a housewife.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Curtis and Helen; two brothers, James and Jack; sister, Sherry and grandchildren, Tanner and Tani.
Linda is survived by her husband, William K. Sonny Waialeale; sons, Troy (Sharon Snuggs) Waialeale, Dane (Terence) Dabis Waialeale, and Cory Waialeale; daughter, Jade (Poki) Waialeale-Battad; aunt, Maggie Jo and Texas family; grandchildren, Tara Waialeale-Rivera, Tierny (Chris) Fu, Teagan Waialeale, Tori (Brandon Ishibashi) Waialeale-Battad, Tristin Waialeale, Tyli Waialeale-Battad, Harmony Graziano and Manna Graziano; great-grandchildren, Tavis and Tariq Fu; hanai sisters Jeanine Guinn, Betty Lou Sanchez, and Alice Gordines; and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and loved ones.
A Celebration of Linda’s Life will be held on Sunday, March 13, 2016, at the Wailua Marina State Park. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. with services to begin at noon and luncheon to follow.
The family suggests casual attire and flowers are welcomed.
