LIHUE — Partners In Development Foundation has received a grant award for operating support from the Hawaii Community Foundation in the amount of $41,000. This was made possible through their FLEX Grants program, which is made up of a partnership of many funds. This particular award was funded in part by:
County of Kauai Fund – $3,000
Restricted to support preschool and afterschool programs on the island of Kauai and will be used to fund our Tūtū and Me programs in Kapaa and Hanapepe.
Marisla Fund – $20,000
Restricted to support programs benefitting Kauai and will be used to fund our Tutu and Me programs in Kapaa and Hanapepe.
Richard Smart Fund – $10,000
Restricted to support programs benefitting Waimea and will be used to support our Hui Ho‘omalu and Tutu and Me programs in Waimea.
