Isaac David Kaohe, Jr. of Waianae, Hawaii passed away on September 14, 2015 at the age of 65. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. Isaac was a Vietnam War Navy Veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Irmagene Madeline Kaohe; son, Isaac (Hi’iaka) Kaohe III; daughter Iris (Henry) David; sisters Margaret (Sam) Woodward, Betty Jean (Dave) Baldwin and Joyce (John) Sevaaetasi; brother, Fred Kaohe, as well as 7 grandchildren.
A celebration of Isaac’s life will take place on October 10, 2015 at Moanalua Mortuary, 1150 Kikowaena St., Honolulu HI 96819. You may visit with the family at 5 p.m. Services begin at 5:30 p.m. Refreshments will follow. The family suggests casual attire.

Alvin Yasuo Takaki
Alvin Yasuo Takaki of Torrance, California passed away on September 23, 2015 at the age of 69. He was born in Waimea, Kauai, Hawaii on September 28, 1945. He was a veteran of the Army Security Agency in the United States Army. Alvin retired from the Department of Airports, City of Los Angeles.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Masaji and Alice Miyono Takaki.
Alvin is survived by his wife, Margie Takaki; two sons, Sean (Diane) Takaki and Darin Takaki; granddaughter Keira; and brother, Marvin (Lana) Takaki.
