Hawaiiana Management Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Bob Wilson as management executive. Wilson has been in the property management for over 25 years, with over 10 years in association management on the island of Kauai. He holds professional designations of CMCA (certified manager of community associations), AMS (association management specialist) and the prestigious PCAM (professional community association manager) through the community associations institute.
Before joining Hawaiiana, Wilson served as vice president of Kauai operations for another management company.
Prior to re-locating to Kauai, Wilson was the director of property management for Community Housing Partnership in San Francisco, whose mission is to house formerly homeless adults and families with children and provide supportive services to help overcome barriers to being permanently housed. In addition to association management, Bob has managed vacation and long-term rental programs on Kauai.
