Trial dates have been set in the cases involving five Kauai residents arrested on drug charges.
James Balino, 34, Bronson Balino, 31, Rodney Cremer, 42, Sonya Tupou, 24, and Gared Makaiau, 43, will appear before U.S. District Judge Leslie Kobayashi on May 17.
Each suspect could face life in prison if convicted.
In August, about 60 law enforcement officers, including representatives from Kauai police, raided Kauai homes and searched cars, which resulted in the arrests.
According to the federal indictment, the suspects knowingly and intentionally possessed with intent to distribute methamphetamine, its salts, isomers and salts of its isomers.
