Kalei Cleveland from Kahului, Maui, is driving the Vision Van around for the rest of this week, but was able to get some of his unique patent pending ukulele and guitar straps into the Kauai Music and Sound while heading to St. Catherine’s food pantry. If he went a little further, he could have run into Sam Bonnano of Kamoa ukulele (he’s at Larry’s Music).
Kudos to Anne Chipchase of WE (Annie Hiller got married and is now Annie Hiller-Valentin) and Maile Thompson for getting the Vision Van here. Steve Kline of KVMH was surprised when he arrived for work and the van was parked outside.
OK, this is it! The Lawai Cannery self storage and warehouse garage sale benefiting the Kauai Special Olympics is on this morning from 9 a.m. (you might still find parking in the back). Time to go visit Lorna Santos who said Char Simao is back for this sale.
