LIHUE — Jack in the Box Hawaii announced it has hired Kauai native Alfred Medeiros as manager of the Lihue location. Jack in the Box Kauai is opening July 20 in the new Hokulei Village, anchored by Safeway.
After graduating from Waimea High School, Medeiros graduated from Hawaii Community College with an administration of justice degree.
“After working in West Hawaii for a number of years, it feels good to come home to Kauai. I am very excited to be opening Jack in the Box on Kauai,” Medeiros said.
As restaurant manager, Medeiros is responsible for operations, ensuring excellent guest service, food quality, scheduling and hiring. He is actively recruiting for his team in Kauai and will be training them over the next few weeks prior to opening.
