The Hawaii Foodbank – Kauai Branch held its annual food and fund drive Saturday, April 18.
We’d like to thank the volunteers, staff and donors who made this food and fund drive a terrific success. For 2015, 2,136 pounds of food was contributed from the Kauai community.
We were set up at Walmart, Safeway, Princeville Foodland, Kmart, Big Save at Koloa, Waimea and Eleele!
Big Save Eleele brought in the most at 622 pounds of food! We also raised $5,866.20 in cash!
Mahalo to Kmart as they raised $1,002.06, the highest grossing of all our locations!
We certainly couldn’t have done it without our valuable volunteers and generous businesses! We’d like to thank all of them.
