John M. Montalbano
John M. Montalbano passed away on March 27, 2015, at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at the age of 71. Born on Feb. 6, 1944, in Scranton, Pennsylvania, he was an electronic engineer with Tobyhanna Army Depot.
Preceded in death by his parents, Benny and Lucy Montalbano, John is survived by his wife, Ruth Montalbano, son, John (Alexis) A. Montalbano of Castle Rock, Colorado, daughters, Lisa M. Montalbano of New York City, and Anna Lucia Montalbano of Lewisberry, Pennsylvania, brothers, Benjamin (Patricia) Montalbano and Robert (Patricia) Montalbano, both of Dunmore, Pennsylvania, sister, Santa (Daniel) J. Corby of Scranton, Pennsylvania, and numerous nieces, cousins and friends.
A celebration of John’s life will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2015, at the Garden Island Mortuary Chapel in Lawai. Visitation starts at 6 p.m., followed by services at 7 p.m.
