Kudos to Warren Perry and the Royal Order of Kamehameha on another great commemorative service celebrating the birth of Prince Jonah Kuhio Kalanianaole Piikoi. This is about the only time we get to see everyone from all over come together

This is about the only time we get to see everyone from all over come together for the festivities centering on Hawaiian protocol.
Aunty Janet Kahalekomo (she’ll probably be at Salt Pond Monday, talking about salt) had her grandchildren and great-grandchildren on hand, and got to present twice — once with the Hawaiian civic clubs, and another with the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa.
Kudos to Glenn Tamagawa and the staff of the Puakea Golf Course on a great free golf introduction event Saturday. Craig Sasada was worried about juggling the juniors and setting up for the Diane Hartman Bum Run, and it was nice to see Todd Michelsen of The Club at Kukuiula.
Kudos to Jose Aguayo and Yvette Sahut (she’s one of the Aunty Janet Kahalekomo na opio) on a great Hoedown for Hope event!
