Randal Alcott
Randal (Randy) Alcott of Kapaa, HI entered into his heavenly home on Jan. 15, 2015, after a short illness. Randy was born in Cedar Rapids, IA on Feb. 21, 1965, to Arnold and Connie Alcott. At the time of his passing Randy was the Superintendent of Construction at KIUC.
Randy was proceeded in death by his mother Connie Alcott. Randy is survived by his wife of 30 years Denese Alcott, his daughter and her family Kasey and Mike Fernandez and their three sons Ezekiel, Josaiah, and Amon of Wilsonville, OR. His son Logan Alcott and Logan’s girlfriend Averie’ Soto both of Kauai. His father Arnold Alcott of Marion, IA , as well as his sister Robin and Denny Dullea of Marion, IA. Along with their daughters and their families. His father and mother in law, John and Shirley Hallman and their sons Derrick and Darrin and families. He also is survived by so many friends too numerous to list, but never the less close to his families heart.
A Celebration of life will be held at Island School on Feb. 22, 2015. Family visitation at 10 a.m. to noon. Celebration of Randy’s life beginning at noon. A luau will be shared after the Celebration of life. The family would like to thank our Kauai Ohana who have loving come alongside us during our time of loss. In lieu of flowers the family asks you to bring a lei to place on the lei tree at the celebration.

Jean Marie Bourgoin of Kapaa, passed away on Feb. 18, 2015, at Wilcox at the age of 84. Born on Feb. 11, 1931, in Barnstable, Massachusetts, she was a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Alfred Lawrence Dutra and Maude Beatrice Cash; and brothers, Alfred “Buddy” Dutra, Joseph Dutra and Roger Dutra.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Joseph Bourgoin; sons, Manuel “Ski” (Leilia) DeMello of Colorado and Dana “Ipo” DeMello of Anahola; daughters, Dianna (Tim) Dwight of Wailua Homesteads and Brenda Kuwamura of Kapaa; brother George Dutra of Massachusetts; sister, Cecelia Moniz of Massachusetts; and twelve grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
