Road work to begin today

HANAMAULU — Night work and lane closures at two Hanamaulu intersections along Kuhio Highway will begin today while road crews update traffic signal systems.

Work will take place at the Laukona Street and Hanamaulu Road intersections from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday through Thursday nights, except on state holidays. Lane closures and shifts in traffic patterns will occur.

Motorists are advised to drive through these areas with caution, following all traffic control signs, devices and directions from flaggers.
