The first time I saw Evelyn was at the skating rink in 1956. She was 16 and I was 17, wow that girl could skate. It was a year or so before I was introduced to her. We started talking and then became friends, and then started dating and became better friends. On November 7, 1959, we got married. In a couple of years Gary came, a couple of years later Michael came. They both touched our lives and were with us for a while. We went into the nursery business and worked side by side seven days a week for 25 years. December 3, 2014 she left me to be with Gary and Mike. I was supposed to go first. She was a lot stronger than I am. When I get to heaven, and I do believe there is one, I will go straight to the skating rink and talk her into choosing me again. Then I will be able to spend a lifetime and forever with her. God I love her.
