Teghan Braun is thankful for being here on Thanksgiving. He is helping The Salvation Army, Hanapepe Corps for a month as part of a ministry mission. Welcome also to Luna Sele-Pang of the Big Island.
Trinette Kaui (of the television show, “Wheel of Fortune,” fame) was busy helping at the Hanapepe Corps and her partner, Audrey Bonilla was out last week at the Hawaii Fashion Month show at Kukui Grove.
David Welch of Utah said they are enjoying their grandchildren and are looking ahead to the Kauai Christmas Parade at 4:30 p.m. Saturday at Kukui Grove (Santa makes his first appearance, then).
Jason Fujinaka (he gets the Times side) said he didn’t realize he had to do the announcing along with BB Choi, who will be on the Starbucks side of the mall.
Cadet Helen Reyes said the Red Kettle kickoff goes from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Kukui Grove Center.
