About 75 runners and walkers joined the second Color Run Extravaganza at Puakea Golf Course on Saturday. Under clear, sunny skies, kids and adults made their way through a three-mile course, while volunteers posted at different points tossed powdered paint on them.

The event was a fundraiser for the Kapaa Middle School Choir and Ukulele Band. Students will be traveling to Anaheim, California, to perform in the Heritage Music Festival in March.
There was also an ice bucket challenge to raise money for the ALS Association Golden West Chapter. About 10 people took the challenge.
