KAPAA — Mike Martinez of State Farm Insurance will host the 3rd Annual Halloween Chili Cookoff on Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at his office located in the Kauai Village Shopping Center in Kapaa.
Admission and eligibility to vote is a canned good donation which will be given to the Hawaii Foodbank, Kauai Branch.
Representatives of the Hawaii Foodbank, Kauai Branch will be on hand to help with the judging as well as talk about their work on the Garden Island.
“You sample, you vote,” Martinez said. “It’s that easy. Just bring a canned good donation and enjoy.”
