Motorists are advised that the roadwork planned for next week at the Hardy and Malae Street junction will require periodic lane closures.
The work is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday.
Flagmen will be on site to direct traffic.
Motorists should seek alternate routes and allow extra time to get to their destinations. The roadwork is part of the large-scale Hardy Street improvement project, which started last month.
The $7.89 million project includes major enhancements that span the entire roadway, approximately 0.7 miles, from Kuhio Highway to Rice Street.
