Servco Pacific Inc. recently broke ground on a new dealership, 4464 ‘Ulu Maika Street in Lihue, which will be named Servco Auto Kauai. The dealership, named Servco Toyota Kauai, sells both Toyota and Subaru vehicles and is located at 4337 Rice Street. In 2015, it will move into its new, 12,000-square-foot location with 10 service bays, a car wash and more than 200 parking spaces. The new Servco Auto Kauai dealership will be in an upcoming retail area in Lihue that includes Costco, Home Depot, and a new Safeway now under construction.
“We have been looking to consolidate our showroom and service center, so starting fresh with a new facility was the best way to go,” said Glenn Inouye, senior vice president for Servco. “We are excited to be a part of this new retail destination that will be a hub of services for Lihue and its surrounding communities.”
CR Design + Construction and Kauai Builders are partnering on the construction for this project. More than 75 people attended the projects mid-July groundbreaking and blessing, which was led by Pastor Sam Bustillos of the Kupaa Iloko Kona Lima Church.
Servco Auto Kauai has been part of the Kauai community for the last 29 years. The dealership was recently chosen as one of Kauai’s Best Auto Dealerships for 2014 as voted by the Honolulu Star-Advertiser readers.
