People are invited to have their car washed and enjoy a hot dog lunch while helping fight Alzheimer’s disease from noon to 4 p.m. Aug. 18 at the Regency at Puakea.
A $5 donation will earn a hot dog lunch while getting a car wash.
Proceeds will benefit the Regency at Puakea team, which will be participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s on Aug. 23 at the Kukui Grove Center. Registrations starts at 7 a.m. and the walk starts at 8 a.m.
There is still time for people to start a team, sponsor the event, help raise funds or contribute to the walk.
