Dr. Alan Ing and Kauai Dental Care recently broke ground on a new dental facility in Lihue.
“This dental office will be a place where all family members will feel comfortable receiving dental care,” Ing said. “On Kauai, we have about 35 part-time and full-time dentists, including specialists, to serve more than 65,000 residents.”
Kauai Dental Care, formed in 2006, will be growing its team and expanding its practice to provide quality, comprehensive dental care using the latest technology in a friendly and clean office, states a release.
There are many dentists who no longer accept new patients, or have long waits before a new patient examination, or treatment, he said.
“By expanding my practice, and bringing in new providers, we will continue to provide long-lasting dental treatment with the goal of no more than a few weeks’ wait, while building long-term relationships with our patients,” Ing said.
The facility is scheduled to open in April 2015. It was designed by Collaborative Studio and will be constructed by Layton Construction.
