Donia Lilly will be the featured artist at Java Kai in Kapaa from May 2 until June 6.
The display will include a variety of her original paintings and metal prints from her Oceans and Travel Memories series, with a few of her Moon paintings as well.
Lilly said she paints images from memory to capture the essence of a place, rather than simply its appearance.
“I enjoy being out and experiencing a place and time to its fullest,” she said.
The Kauai woman has been selling her art professionally for nearly 15 years and it hangs in collections around the world.
