Congratulations to Denise Wardlow and the ohana at the Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas on the launch of the global Six Pillars of Well-Being program. Mahalo to June Cappiello for dogging the issue and Julie Pavao, Jolynne Tsukamoto, and Jason Sessions for helping put everything together.
A trip out to Princeville is always nice — especially when stopping to check out the North Shore Quilt and Fiber Show. Kudos to Jeni Hardy for dogging this event through and to Hanae Niitsuma (she said she’s related to Rodney Haraguchi) and Julie Whitney for being so pleasant at the greeter’s desk.
Sandra Abrajano of Chicago was surprised to run into The Happy Camper.
She ended up buying one of the pineapple quilts and her friend, Sandy Hart, made a note to check out the ramen (she had on a fancy noodle shirt) at Ara’s in Hanamaulu.
OK, time to check out the spaghetti dinner to benefit the MS Walk at the Kalaheo Steak and Ribs.
