National Alliance on Mental Illness Kauai will offer the Family-to-Family class beginning Monday, for 12 consecutive Monday evenings. The class will be held in Lihue from 6:30-9 p.m.
The class is structured to help caregivers understand and support individuals with mental health challenges while maintaining their own well-being.
The course is taught by a team of certified, trained NAMI volunteers who know what it is like to have a loved one struggling with a mental diagnosis.
While the class is free, registration is required.
