Susan Davis, clinical psychologist, will explore personal and spiritual transformation from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 8 at Duke’s-Kauai Marriott in Lihue.
Based on her book, “Something Rich and Strange: Discovering Your Path to Wholeness,” Davis will guide participants through a process of self-discovery and personal growth toward new freedom, deeper love, and more joyous living.
“Weaving together the biblical stories with modern psychology, she charts the predictable and necessary stages of transformation,” according to a press release. “With warmth and clinical insight, Susan provides a map for those who are on a journey of psychological healing and spiritual formation, as well as those who guide them.”
Tickets for the event are $25, which includes continental breakfast and lunch. Advance purchase only by March 2. Tickets may be purchased at event sponsor St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church, 4364 Hardy St., Lihue, or by calling 245-3796.
No-cost follow-up classes, “Charting the Journey,” will be offered from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Sundays, March 9 to April 6, in the Goodale Conference Room at St. Michael’s Church.
