Happy birthday to Albert Moura who celebrated his special day Tuesday. His celebration was heightened when he received a congratulatory phone call from Gov. Neil Abercrombie which got Albert so excited, he had to call his daughter Marlene Moises who was at the basketball game to support her son Brandon who coaches Waimea High School.
