Reynold Tadami Kinoshita
Reynold Tadami Kinoshita of Kapaa passed away on November 25, 2013 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at the age of 45. Born on August 9, 1968 in Gardena, California, he was a Chemical Applicator at Kukui’ula Golf Course.
He is survived by his wife, Gaylen Kinoshita; son, Kerry-John Kinoshita of Kapaa; daughter, Tayler Kinoshita of Kapaa; step-son Gavin De Silva of Kapahi.

Reymunda Apana
Reymunda “Mona” Apana of Kapaa, Kauai, Hawaii passed away on November 21, 2013 at Samuel Mahelona Hospital at the age of 82. Born on March 14, 1931, she was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pablo and Victoria Amis; husband, Richard Apana; brothers, Victor Amis and Alfred Amis and sister, Elizabeth Alesna.
She is survived by her brother, Jose Ontoy, Kapaa; sister, Rose (Ernest) Paden, Koloa, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Friends may visit the family on Friday December 20, 2013 at the Kapaa First Hawaiian Church. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m., Service at 10:00 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens. Casual attire is suggested.

Noel Andaya
Noel Arcadio Andaya of Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii passed away at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on December 3, 2013 at the age of 49. He was born on January 12, 1964, in Bacarra, Philippines.
He was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandparents Cirilo Domingcil and Marcela Ramil Andaya of Bacarra, Philippines; his Maternal Grandparents Loudevica Ligsay Pascual of Kalaheo, Kauai and Emilio Agiunaldo Pascual of Laoag, Philippines.
He is survived by his daughter Tehane Noelle Curammeng-Andaya of San Antonio, Texas and his son Brysen Kekai Andaya of Ewa Beach, Oahu and grand-daughter, Lilinoe L Makepa-Andaya of Kalaheo. His parents Ernest and Mining Andaya of Lihue, Kauai. His brothers Rafael (April Monica Nelson) Andaya of Santa Clara, California and Dennis (Jackie) Andaya of Lihue, Kauai. His nieces Dennisa, Jadelyn and Deidre Andaya of Lihue, Kauai. His nephews Justin Fred Potter of Lawton, Oklahoma and Paulo Rafael Andaya of Cupertino, California. His grand-nephew Peyton Kealii Ramos-Andaya of Lihue, Kauai. Numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
His Celebration of Life will be held on December 21, 2013, Saturday at Koloa Missionary Church 742-6777, 3370 Poipu Rd., Koloa, Kauai; located between Koloa Chevron and Koloa School. Thomas Culbertson Jr.
Thomas Augustus Culbertson Jr. of Lihue passed away at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on December 5, 2013, at the age of 74. He was born in North Carolina on March 14, 1939 and was a retired attorney.
He is survived by his wife, Collis Culbertson of Lihue and one son, Thomas A Culbertson III of Illinois. Family requests no Koden. No services will be held.

Donald McMillen
Donald Jesse McMillen of Kekaha, Kauai, passed away on November 30, 2013 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at the age of 66. Born on January 3, 1947 in Lexington, Kentucky, he was a Measurement Sys Branch Supervisor with Manu Kai.
Preceded in death by his son, Christopher Alexander McMillen; and parents, Samuel Clay and Charlene Jesse McMillen.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Taeza McMillen; son, Micah Kamuela McMillen of Honolulu; brother, James O. McMillen of Lexington, KY; sisters, Patricia M. Adams of Shelbyville, KY, and Lela M. Duff of Lexington, KY; and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at St. Theresa Parish in Kekaha from 9:00 am – 11:00 am, service will begin at 11:00 am. Internment at a later date. Casual attire is suggested.

Esmenia Fernandez Visitacion Tagavilla of Hanapepe, Kauai passed away on December 9, 2013 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at the age of 88. She was born on August 8, 1925 in Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Candido Tagavilla; and her parents, brothers, and sisters.
Survived by her sons, Huberto (Melba) V. Tagavilla of Memphis, Tennessee, and Russell (Andrea) Tagavilla of Hanapepe, HI; daughters, Evelyn (Bonifacio) Pascual of Kalaheo, Anita (Pepito) Bunsaan of Hanapepe, and Elfie (Armin) Tumaneng of Hanapepe; fourteen grandchildren, Roger Tagavilla, Sheila Tagavilla, Eric Tagavilla, Michelle T. Pascual, Marnelli (Osiris) Martinez, Franchette T. Pascual, Rachelle T. Pascual, Jerrold (Darcy) Tagavilla, Joanna T. Bunsaan, Russell (Katie) Tagavilla, Jr., John Clarence Tagavilla, Patria Kealoha Tagavilla, Ariel Tumaneng, and Armin Tumaneng, Jr.; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Wake Services on Friday, December 20, 2013 at the Garden Island Mortuary Chapel in Lawai from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral Services on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, with visitacion from 9:00 to 10:00 am and Mass at 10:30 am. Burial will follow at Hanapepe Public Cemetery. Tadashi “Ted” Hashimoto of Wailua, Kauai, passed away on December 12, 2013 at home at the age of 88. Born on June 3, 1925 in Kauai, he was a truck driver with the County of Kauai.
He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit with the family from 9:45 to 10:00 am on December 20, 2013 at Kauai Veterans Cemetery; service at 10:00 am. Casual attire. Flowers omitted.
