Legacy “Narcisa” Cablayan of Hanamaulu passed away at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on Nov. 14, 2013, at the age of 64. She was born in San Juan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines on Jan. 2, 1949, and previously worked as a kitchen helper with KEO.
She is survived by her husband, Casimiro Cablayan of the Philippines; son, Brandon (Sheryl) Cablayan of Oregon; mother, Paulino Silverio of Philippines; brother, Inocencio (Lumen) Silverio of Canada; sisters, Emerita (Bayani) Espanol of Saudi Arabia and Flordeliza (Vicente) Redaus of the Philippines; numerous nieces and nephews.
Private services were held at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
Kauai Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home assisted the Cablayan family with arrangements.
