Registration for the old Koloa Sugar Mill Run hosted by the Rotary Club of Kauai is underway.
The 11th annual run, featuring a half marathon, 10K, and 5K events, is scheduled for Nov. 9 at the Anne Knudsen Park at the junction of Maluhia and Emi roads in Koloa.
Half marathoners start at 7 a.m., 10K runners at 7:15 a.m. and the 5K runners and walkers leave at 7:30 a.m.
Breakfast follows at the Anne Knudsen Park.
Registration is $30 per runner for early birds visiting www.oldkoloasugarmillrun.org/register by Nov. 1. From Nov. 1 through Nov. 8, registration is $35 per runner. There will be no registration on race day.
Fee includes the race, breakfast and a T-shirt.
Race packet pickup will be on Nov. 8 between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. at the Kukui Grove Center exhibition area near the Deja Vu, Zales Jewelry and Genki Sushi.
Following the run, awards will be presented to overall male and female finishers, with medals for age group winners.
Run proceeds go toward scholarships for local student scholarships at the Kauai Community College, including the Nursing and Electronics Technology programs, and the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards.
