Camille Pak Chong (she’s a great logistics person!) said Celeste Karau was subsituting for Melissa McFerrin, who was busy getting ready for the Koloa Plantation Days. But when Melissa is not there, Larry Feinstein is so there was no need to worry.
Gail Little (the Mango-Peach Cobbler Soup was a winner!) of The Lost Pelican Band said they had to miss the First Saturday because they had a gig in Poipu, but they’ll be back by Tropical Tantrum next month in Kapaa.
Sandy Poehnelt of The Right Slice had no more Blueberry Pina Colada pies, since Wednesday was Pina Colada Day. Sharon Lasker of the Regency at Puakea said anyone who stops by from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday can enjoy a slice of Pecan Pie in honor of National Pecan Pie Day (it’s the next best-selling pie to apple and pumpkin).
