Four Kaua‘i High School students, clockwise from front left, Jamie Emoto, Courtney Ochoco, Xavier Visaya, and Matthew Kawamura, perform their weekly Key Club volunteer weeding of the Mayor’s Aloha Garden on Monday. The garden is on the lawn of the Kaua‘i Memorial War Memorial Convention Hall. The Key Club provides various school and community services and is supported by the Kaua‘i Kiwanis. Kaua‘i High School has a Diamond Distinguished Key Club, just one of 100 internationally recognized clubs out of more than 5,000 worldwide.
