Diane A. Perry of Lawai, Kauai, Hawaii passed away on April 19, 2013 at Straub Hospital, Oahu, at the age of 64. She was a retired dental assistant.
She is survived by her husband, Anderson Perry; daughter, Andrea (Brandon Rita) Perry; son, Keith Perry; parents, David Sr. and Carmen Abreu; brother, David (Sharon) Abreu; sister, Edna Abreu; 1 grandchild, numerous Aunties and Uncles and nieces and nephews.
Celebration of her life is Saturday, May 4, 2013, at Old Koloa Church and visitation at 9:00 a.m. and service at 10:30 a.m.
Arrangements were handled by Borthwick Kauai Mortuary, Koloa, Kauai.

Kendra “Kenny” Elizabeth Lewis of Anchorage passed away on April 26, 2013, at the age of 21.
She was born in Anchorage Alaska on February 21, 1992, and was a cook at Olympic Café in Kapaa, Kauai.
She is survived by her mother and step-father, Maria and Jeremy Ketchum; father, Michael Lewis; sister, Kyna Lewis, brother, Cy Lewis; half brother, Sean Lewis; step-sister, Tristyn Ketchum; grandparents, Ken Lewis, Sigrid Vanek, Tania Welch, Harry Wagner, Judy Ketchum; numerous loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Kauai Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
