Mahalo to Lisa Rosare and Michael Koerte for all their kokua during the KIF softball season which ended Tuesday when Waimea High School earned the KIF softball title.
Winning pitcher Deannalynn Tafiti had her hair done up special, and grandpa Joe Grace was in the stands, too. And you know the game was special because Karl Tashima was in the stands checking out the talent, too.
Arthur Brun (Guarantee mo’ bettah) made the trip all the way to Isenberg along with Gene Padilla who got to umpire the KIF baseball game, Wednesday too.
Leah Scovel said the food was stuck in traffic because of an accident near the Kapa‘a bypass, which meant leaving a little earlier to make the volleyball game (Bonnie Ellamar was picking up chicken hekka bowls) at Kapa‘a High School.
