LIHU‘E — The Kaua‘i Youth Football program will open its spring season with a game between the Kaua‘i Bulldogs and the Westside Mixbreed, Wednesday.
Kickoff is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at Vidinha Stadium.
The KYF 2013 spring season tackle football program is open to students in the fourth through eighth grades.
Participants in the fourth through sixth grades play in the Elementary Division while players in the seventh and eighth grades play in the Intermediate Division.
Practices take place at the Nawiliwili Beach Park and the Hanapepe Park.
