Happy birthday to Jennifer Relacion (blue house in Kilauea) Guerin, who now works at the Mililani Library. Don Ogasawara of Don’s Camera (they’re closing the Kapa‘a store, soon) and Jennifer both had birthdays on March 27.
Trysen Kaneshige said the Believe in Dreams wall will be unveiled next week. Trysen was working with Leah Aiwohi in videotaping the Shattered Dreams program Wednesday at the Kaua‘i High School where it was nice to see Mark Scribner “volunteering” his time to help coordinate everything.
Kudos to Bridget Arume for spearheading the “Don’t Drink and Drive” event, which definitely made an impression on a lot of students.
Mahalo to Lois Keamoai and coach Jon Kobayashi on keeping everyone informed on the baseball game in the Wednesday rain.
Brad Hiranaka of Kaua‘i Youth Football said the fundraising golf tournament has been postponed until April 21 at the Kaua‘i Lagoons Golf Club so now, there’s more time for golfers and sponsors to sign up.
