LIHU‘E — Kaua‘i Community College has sponsorship packages available for the 11th Annual Culinary Institute of the Pacific Spring Gourmet Gala, which will be held on April 12 at the KCC Fine Dining facility.
Sponsorships are a great way for people to support the work of the Culinary Institute of the Pacific while earning tickets to the Spring Gourmet Gala, said Karen Morita Lee, a coordinator of the event.
The food and wine tasting fundraiser will feature chefs Alan Wong of Alan Wong’s Honolulu, Amasia, and The Pineapple Room and Vikram Garg of the Halekulani Hotel.
The guest chefs will be joined by a host of local chefs and sommeliers in presenting a variety of fine dining food. Additionally, a silent auction will also be available when doors open at 6 p.m.
Sponsorship packages, in addition to featuring admission tickets to the gala, allows early entry as well as invitations to a private, post-event party, where sponsors are acknowledged.
Sponsorship packages range from $750 to $1,750.
Lee said this is another way people are able to enjoy the gala because general admission tickets have already been sold out.
