Richard Dureg Jamorabon of Hanapepe, Kauai, Hawaii. He passed away on March 4, 2013 at Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital at the age 63. He was born on January 28, 1950 in Lanao, Bangui, Ilocos Norte Philippines. He was a steward at the Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa.
He was preceded by parents, Juan Arucan and Segunda Dureg Jamorabon; brother, Rudy Jamorabon.
He is survived by wife, Nenita Malabi Jamorabon, Hanapepe; son, Reynold (Grace) Jamorabon, Hanapepe; daughters, Cristina (Manny) Simpliciano, Hanapepe; Shiela (John) Garcia, California; Shanelle Rae Jamorabon, Hanapepe; 5 grandchildren; brothers, Dominador (Hedelisa) Jamorabon, Kilauea; Julian (Lolita) Jamorabon, Kalaheo; Alfred (Sally) Jamorabon, California; sisters, Antonia (Angel) Butac, Phillipines; Margarita Pasion, California; Romana (Lorenzo) Castillo, Philippines; Ofelia (Gene) Galicinao, Eleele; Numerous Cousins, , nieces, relatives and friends.
Friends may visit the family on Friday March 22, 2013 at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary Chapel at 6:00 p.m. again on Saturday March 23, 2013 at Holy Cross Catholic Church visitation at 9:00 a.m. Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.

Arsenio Arreola Dolor
Arsenio Arreola Dolor of Puhi passed away at Wilcox Memorial Hospital March 8, 2013, at the age of 91. He was born in Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur, Philippines on September 17, 1921, and retired from Coco Palms Hotel as grounds maintenance personal.
He is survived by his wife, Marta Segismundo Dolor; children, Clarita (Luis-deceased) Moises of Puhi, Teresita (Dominador) Tarape of Guam, Norma (Florentino) Villanueva of California, Emilia (Danilo) Guzman of Lihue, Generosa (Ernesto) Cantoria of California, Dante (Belinda) Dolor of Kapaa, Elsie (Ramirez) Dolor of Hanamaulu, Gilbert Dolor of Puhi; 22 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2013, at Immaculate Conception Church with viewing from 8:00 a.m. and Mass celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.

Harry Boranian
Harry Boranian of Lihue dies at home on March 12, 2013 at the age of 90. He was born in Providence, Rhode Island on October 5, 1922. He served as the Director of Civil Service for the City and County of Honolulu during the Frank Fasi Administration.
He is survived by his wife June Munson Boranian; Four children; Paula Rudinoff (Jan) of Lihue, Victor Boranian (Lolly) of Vail, Arizona, Eve Boranian of Sacramento, CA and Skip “Harry Jr.” Boranian of Kapaa; 6 grand children and 5 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers Dickran of Fresno, CA and Ara of Corona Del Mar, CA; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. He is preceded in death by his brother Paul of Minneapolis, MN.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2013, 5 p.m. at St. Michael and All Angel’s Episcopal Church in Lihue. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to St. Michael’s Episcopal Church, 4364 Hardy St., Lihue, HI 96766 or to Kauai Hospice 4457 Pahee Street, Lihue, HI 96766.

John Kamuela Naeola
John Kamuela Naeole Jr., 77, of Wailuku, passed away on March 11, 2013 at Hale Makua in Kahului. He was born on September 10, 1935 in Eleele, Kauai.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred L. Naeole; daughters, Jadelyn (Brad) Kaapana-Moses, Davina (David) Pisoni, and Liliea (Andrew) Kiaaina; hanai-daughters, Racquel (Kepa) Caires, Martha (Henry) Goodhue-Kaili, and Lei Kanamu; sister, Pumehana Cobb-Adams; 22 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Kings Cathedral Church; memorial services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Family request no flowers.
John retired from Hawaiian Bitumuls & Paving Company where he was a Dispatcher. He was also a veteran of the United States Army.

Raymonda “Monda” Helen Haney of Hanamaulu passed away at home on March 8, 2013, at the age of 54. She was born in Lihue on January 20, 1959, and was the kitchen manager at Polynesia Café in Hanalei.
She is preceded in death by her mother Esther Rapozo Kuhaulua; grandparents, Helen & Joseph I.
She is survived by her father, Stanley Carvalho; ex-husband, Michael Cardinez; four children, Kalei (Ricky Rego) Cardinez, Kanani (Harvey) Makekau, Mikey (Carolan) Cardinez, Tyrus “TC” Cardinez; five sisters, Noreen Kaneholani, Billie-Jean Hairston, Moki (Frank) Rivera, Abi Kuhaulua, Lokelani Kuhaulua; seven brothers, Alika (Shirleen) Haney, Eleu (Leila) Kuhaulua, Kaina Carvalho, Kaleo Carvalho, Destry Carvalho, Dawson Carvalho, Mitch Fanning; ten grandchildren, Megan Rego, Ricky Boy Rego, Cobie Cardinez, Daniel Makekau, Sherilyn Makekau, Kaiona Nakamura, Keona Nakamura, Nainoa Cardinez, Auree Cardinez, Kymani “small fry” Cardinez; numerous aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends.
